The candidate should attach the photocopy / documents of the following certificate with the application attested by the first class gazetted officer (with name, surname and seal): (a) Certificate of Educational Qualification.  (B) Certificate of citizenship issued by the Mayor / Union Parishad Chairman of the concerned municipality.  (C) Certificate of Character issued by the Gazetted Officer of the first class.  (D) 03 (three) copies of freshly sized passport size photo.

300 / - (Non-refundable) bank draft / pay order / pastel order in favor of Mayor, Pirajpur Municipality, Pirajpur shall be attached with the application.  Candidates should be between 18-30 years of age on 28/12/2021.  The maximum age limit for freedom fighters / martyrs is 32 years. 

 
In case of Freedom Fighter / Martyr Freedom Fighter, the candidate has to submit the attested copy of the original certificate issued by the appropriate authority as determined by the government (certificate issued by the Ministry of Liberation War or counter signature of Hon'ble Prime Minister, Chief Adviser of Bangladesh Freedom Fighters Parliament).

Apart from such certificate, no other war of liberation certificate will be accepted.  In case of orphan residents and physically challenged candidates, the certificate issued by the Deputy Director, Department of Social Services / Upazila Social Service Officer has to be submitted.  Members of Ansar and village defense forces have to attach the certificate issued by the appropriate authority with the application.

In case of tribal candidates, the certificate issued by the concerned Deputy Commissioner / Upazila Nirbahi Officer should be attached with the application.  The written application addressed to the Mayor, Pirajpur Municipality, Pirajpur must reach the Mayor, Pirajpur Municipality, Pirajpur Babar within the office hours on 26/12/2021.

Applications received after the stipulated time will not be accepted.  Candidates for employment must submit the application form within the stipulated time through the hiring authority.

The name of the post should be written in clear letters on the envelope.  In order to issue the admission card to the correct address, a separate envelope of 10.5x4.5 inches size has to be submitted along with the application for affixing an unused postage stamp of Rs.  Legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate if he / she is hired for concealing any information or providing wrong information.

Candidates will be required to participate in the examination at the place designated by the authorities and no TA DA will be given to the candidates for appearing in the examination.  Candidates must present original copies of all certificates at the time of interview.  This appointment is suspended without any reason, change of time, revision of conditions or cancellation of appointment.  The power to do so is vested in the authorities.
