Ansar VDP New Job Circular 2022

The Ansar members of the Bangladesh Ansar and the well-trained and efficient Battalion of the Village Defense Force are engaged in maintaining law and order in the Chittagong Hill Tracts with the Bangladesh Army in conducting operations and providing security at important state installations in the plains.  Applications are being invited from interested Bangladeshi male candidates to fill the vacancies (male only) in 350 temporary battalion Ansar of the force.

Candidates need to apply online.  The following districts will be included in the zero quota mentioned below.  It may be mentioned that the members of the appointed battalion Ansar will be made permanent on completion of 06 (six) years of satisfactory service.  

Eligible candidates will have to appear before the Selection Committee for physical fitness and preliminary selection as per schedule at the designated place and date (date and time will be informed via SMS on mobile).  Initially selected candidates will have to participate in written and oral examinations at the same place and on the same date.  The final selected candidates will have to contribute to Ansar VDP Academy, Safipur, Gazipur for 06 (six) months basic training.

Facilities after incorporation:

(A) Upon incorporation at the end of the training, the monthly allowance will be taka 13,050 in plain areas and Rs. 14,200 in hilly areas.
(B) Two festival allowances at the rate of Rs. 9650 / - per annum.
(C) Ration of two units will be provided at subsidized price.
(D) Financial assistance of five lakh rupees in case of death while on duty and two lakh rupees in case of permanent disability.
