i.  Online Application Form Completion and Examination Fee Submission Date and Time: 02-02-2022 AD.  09:00 AM

ii.  Last date and time for submission of application form online: 01-03-2022 AD, 05:00 pm.

Candidates who have received User ID within that period will be able to access Teletalk Mobile within the next 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.

2.  In the online application form, the candidate can scan his / her color picture (300 x 300 x width) Pixel and signature (300 x 80 x width) pixel and upload it at the designated place.

Since the information filled in the application form online will be used in all subsequent activities, all the information filled before submitting the application form in Online.
