Police recruitment qualifications

Only those candidates whose proposals will be considered in the selection process will be called for interview. 

The work order will be issued to the final selected organization and the selected organization will have to complete the contract for supply of manpower on non-judicial stamp of Rs. 300 / - (three hundred) collected on its own initiative.  No appointment letter will be issued in the name of any person.

Any party can cancel the contract executed with the manpower supplier on 01 (one) month's notice.  In case of need of office, the concerned manpower has to perform the duty in excess of daily office hours.  If necessary, you have to perform your duties even on public holidays.

Institutions which are unable to employ manpower during extra hours of daily office hours or on public holidays are not required to submit the proposed tenders.

Employees will carry the identity card issued by the manpower supplier while performing their duties.  The salary of the employed employee shall not be less than the stipulated gross salary, but the supplier's commission, VAT, tax (if applicable) should be mentioned.

If the quality of work of any of the manpower provided is not satisfactory, suitable manpower should be provided instead of the concerned person within 10 (ten) days of notification.

In case of loss of any valuable item or property of the office due to inefficiency or negligence of the employee engaged in outsourcing system, the manpower supplier has to bear its responsibility.

In case of receiving services through outsourcing, laws, rules and guidelines issued by the government from time to time will be followed.  Schedule can be purchased from the office of the Commandant for 500 / - (five hundred) (non-refundable) till the said date. 

The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of the said district.  Newly taken 03 (three) copies of 5 * 5 cm size attested by first class gazetted officer.

The candidate has to deposit Rs.100 / - (one hundred) through treasury invoice in the prescribed number code and submit the original copy of the invoice along with the application.  A 10.5 * 4.5 size return envelope with a stamp of Rs.

Certificate issued by the Mayor / Councilor / Chairman of the Union Parishad of the concerned municipality in case of caste-harijan candidate in case of 2nd post candidate. 
The age limit of the candidate should be between 18-30 years on the prescribed date.  However, in case of sons / daughters of freedom fighters / martyred freedom fighters age limit is 32 (thirty two) years.  No affidavit of age is admissible.

The application form should reach the office of the signatory by post within the stipulated time limit.  Direct application is not acceptable.  Applications with incomplete and faulty incorrect information and received in the bill will be considered as rejected.

In case of attestation, the attestor must be a first class gazetted officer and the officer must have a seal with clear name and title.  Conventional government policy on quotas will be followed.

The name of the post, special quota (if any) and full name and address of the applicant should be mentioned in bold letters on the top of the envelope.

The Authority reserves the right to suspend, change and cancel the appointment notice without giving any reason.

Authorities will not be held responsible if you are hired for hiding information or providing false information.  In this case, legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate including cancellation of the appointment order.
